I had a very pleasant experience here, everything was very clean, the location was perfect not far from London and the underground and public transport and the London underground. I was met by efficient and decent staff at the reception. Got brand-new, ideal with drafty as well as TV. I loved spending time here.

this is a great hotel with location and staff which were fantastic. kensington district was worth visiting. warm cuisine. very clean rooms and facilities.

Friendly staff interactions. The hotel was set just a walk down to national army museum. If you walk 5 minutes, you'll find west brompton metro station. Great choice for weekend...
